The No Unwanted Litters Promise

I commit to ensuring my dog or cat will not have an unwanted litter of puppies or kittens. By making a promise today, I add my support to the movement of people committed to reducing pet overpopulation in an effort to drastically lower the number of dogs and cats euthanized in the St. Louis region.

I promise to do all that I can to help make sure there are fewer homeless dogs and cats on our streets and in our shelters. I also will help make the critical issue of pet overpopulation and the importance of spaying and neutering pets visible for my neighbors, my family and our local leaders.

Why Make a Promise?

It's going to take lots of us to solve pet overpopulation in St. Louis. We need to create an army of supporters who are committed to stamping out unwanted litters once and for all.
